Richard has over 20 years’ experience leading learning and development programmes working with senior teams and across functions in many international businesses. Richard has worked in more than 50 countries globally and designed, developed and delivered programmes across numerous industries and business cultures. He has developed L&D strategies, analysed training needs, designed and developed programmes and conducted impact assessments across numerous industries and business cultures.
Specialising primarily in leadership, management development and finance, working as a L&D consultant, facilitator and coach with organisations, teams and individuals, Richard’s focus is in helping organisations improve their performance through the development of the personal effectiveness of team members and the more impactful and practical application of their technical skills.
Richard is an economics graduate, a Chartered Accountant and is an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner.
