Pinky is a Change Management professional with public and private sector experience in Continuous Improvement, Cultural Change, Learning and Development, Transformation, PRINCE2 and PMO. She’s implemented Continuous Improvement methods in UK and Australian Ambulance Services to deliver advances in patient care and operational performance. Pinky is also a Resilience Trainer, she helps people to handle stress, pressure and adversity. She’s passionate about providing public sector employees with the skills to boost their resilience.
Pinky’s professional interests spill over into her personal life where she continues to develop her expertise in human development. In 2016 she was selected as one of the UK’s top new voices in Personal Development by Psychologies Magazine and Hay House publishers.
