Ed specialises in healthcare transactions, transformation and integration planning. He has a broad background in healthcare regulation, due diligence, financial analysis and private sector mergers and acquisitions, which he often draws on to develop strategic and business cases.
Ed has worked on numerous mergers in the NHS both as regulator and directly supporting trusts. These projects are often broad in scope, including: integration planning, financial model development, due diligence, drafting business cases and in the formal reporting account role. He has also worked on STP projects, which involve extensive engagement with regional and national stakeholders.
Ed’s previous roles in corporate finance and as a laser physicist give him a unique analytical perspective, that he combines with his more recent experience in healthcare to help deliver insightful and pragmatic advice and support to clients across all sectors.
Outside work, Ed likes listening to music and attempting to play guitar, as well as going running as long as it’s sunny.
